Dr. Naithani is a Resident Physician in the Department of Ophthalmology at the George Washington University Hospital. She founded and designed 'Open Globe Talk’ in 2021 as a medium for medical students and early trainees to have a voice in global ophthalmology.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys creative writing and has authored a poetry book.
